Mango Lassi

Ingredients: 


Mango - 1 ripe
Yoghurt - 250 ml
Milk - 100 ml
Sugar - 2 table spoons
Ice - 5 cubes

Method: 
Peal the mango and slice it. In the smoothie maker or a blender, add yoghurt, milk, mango, sugar and ice cubes till you get the desired consistency. Use full fat yoghurt and milk for best results. You may increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to your taste. Serve chilled.

  1. I love lassis! They remind me of my mother .. in the summertime she always made strawberry and put little basil leaves on top. Thanks for the fun memory
