Mince & Pea Curry (Qeema Matar)

Ingredients:


Mince 250 grams
Peas - 1 small bowl or as required
Onion - 1 large sliced 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tea spoon
Tomato - 1 big sliced
Red Chilli Powder - 1.5 tea spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1 tea spoon 
Salt - 1 tea spoon
Pepper whole - 5
Cloves - 3
Oil - 5 table spoons
Ginger - julienne, for garnish
Green Chilli - diced, for garnish 


Method:
In a pot, heat oil and add sliced onions. Fry until they turn golden brown and add ginger garlic paste. Add the sliced tomato and cook for a minute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, whole pepper, cloves and mix everything. Now add mince and peas. Cook for 2 minutes and add half cup water. Put the lid on and lower the heat. Should be ready in 20 minutes.

Garnish with julienne ginger and diced green chillies. Serve with Naan.
